What a pleasure working with you and your team. It's not the first year ordering from you but the first year having it delivered across country to a rented home. As soon as we thought we might want to do it, I called Rifky. She personally guided me through the steps and advised on some additions that will ease the volume of food needed, she even helped me create menus with her typical patience.
The food arrived perfectly boxed and completely frozen. Clean as usual with nothing out of place.
Nice courteous delivery people delivered directly into the kitchen and wished us a good holiday on the way out.
Each pan was filled to the top and with a great portion size.
Great choices and variety. Moist and not overdone. Premium service.

Hi. Now that Yom Tov is over and normality is back, I wanted to thank you for helping make my Pesach so wonderful. This was our first time in Orlando, and, as I don't like to cook and wanted to feel like I was on vacation, I ordered (on my daughter's advice) all of my meals for the entire yom tov from you. Not only was the food delicious, heimish, and plentiful, it was delivered exactly on time, completely frozen, beautifully packaged and labeled, and ready to be warmed up. You even included heating directions for every dish which was most helpful! My 15 year old nephew actually got up at the table at the last lunch of the first days and said, "I think we should all give a standing ovation to Batya!"
Your company was a pleasure to deal with throughout. Rifki, who took care of the order, was professional and responded quickly to questions and changes. Everything I ordered (and it was a lot and I had made changes to my original order) came exactly as promised.

I have to tell you thank you. We got our boxes of food in Orlando. It was literally the only delivery that came when it was supposed to. And everything was packaged amazing. We have ordered from other places many times and never did the food come so well packaged. We had one of the chickens tonight ( sesame chicken) and my non Jewish nanny is raving about it she didn't even realize it's kfp. Seriously gonna order again when not pesach cause if it's this good pesach regular must be out of this world

My entire family ordered from you too.
We got way too much food. But, every single dish was better then the next.
Soups were extra delicious.
Blintzes, especially pastrami onion and duck were really good.
Another great food item was the poppers.
Better then any poppers I have ever heard, Pesachdig or not.
And everything coming packed so neatly, organized, and labeled made it so easy for meal planning. And the full order printout with heating/defrosting instructions was helped even more. Even want to order for Shavuos. Only thing I would say is next time I need all the specific meals planned for us because we wanted each dish at every meal.

I am a good cook and I love cooking for the chag. When you offered me to help with Batya food, I was thinking it will be a financial help.
Yesterday I received everything, and started to unpack. I can't tell you the chessed you have made.
There is so much things going on right now in my life , that it was much more than financial help, it was support , it was care , it was being invited in my own home , and it was such a powerful message saying that I am not alone.
